All orders that are canceled up to 10 days of your order pickup/delivery date can be fully refunded (100%) for store credit.  For a refund to your original payment method, there will be a 5% deduction from the qualifying refund to cover merchant fees.  After 10 days, Cut and Board shall be entitled to 100% of the Total Cost.

 PARTIAL REFUNDS
All qualifying partial refunds issued by Cut and Board can be fully refunded (100%) for store credit.  For a partial refund to your original payment method, there will be a 5% deduction from the qualifying partial refund to cover merchant fees.

GIFT CARDS
Gift Certificates, E-Gift Cards, and Gift Cards are non-refundable and they are not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.

WORKSHOPS
All workshops + workshop tickets that are canceled up to 14 days before event will be fully refunded refunded for store credit only. Workshops that are canceled from 13 days or less before event cannot be refunded.
