FAQ
How long will my order last?
For ultimate freshness, we recommend your order be consumed the day of receiving. However, if you are planning to enjoy your order the next day please let us know so we can prepare your order appropriately. When we are notified orders can last up to 48 hours. All orders should be refrigerated until you are ready to serve.
Can you accommodate my food allergy?
We are happy to accommodate your allergy requests and will use fresh gloves, knives, board and workspace. We do want to be clear that our facility is not able to guarantee that cross contamination will not occur. If you have a severe allergy we recommend that you do not consume.
What is your Cancelation Policy?
All orders that are canceled up to 10 days of your order pickup/delivery date can be fully refunded (100%) for store credit. For a refund to your original payment method, there will be a 5% deduction from the qualifying refund to cover merchant fees. After 10 days, Cut and Board shall be entitled to 100% of the Total Cost.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Certificates, E-Gift Cards, and Gift Cards are non-refundable and they are not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
WORKSHOPS
All workshops + workshop tickets that are canceled up to 14 days before event will be fully refunded refunded for store credit only. Workshops that are canceled from 13 days or less before event cannot be refunded.
SPECIAL EVENTS / GRAZING TABLES
Contracts will outline our cancelation policy for Large Events.
What size should I order?
Below is a list of our menu items as well as suggested serving sizes. Serving sizes are based on appetizer portions.
Things to consider when selecting:
– What time of day are you eating?
– Will there be other food?
– Will there be a lot of cheese lovers

Can I order for today?
Right now our online orders require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all bookings. However, we do try to accomdate last minute orders when possible and you can request a same day order by calling us directly at: (609) 435-2960
*Please note: We do book up quickly, especially for holidays so we always reccomend customers book ASAP.
Do you teach Charcuterie Board Workshops?
Yes! We offer In-Person as well as Virtual Workshop.
These private charcuterie workshops are great for bachelorette / bachelor parties, fundraisers, team building and corporate events, birthday celebrations and more!

Do you deliver?
We do occasioanlly offer delivery for online orders. If you do not see the delivery option at checkout you can call to see if we can schedule you in. There is a minimum $25 delivery fee. All Grazing Tables for large events include delivery and setup.
